IraqIraqi human rights watch society it is organization private and UN official, it is not looking for interesting. It was established in 2003 by laws men and activities peoples in human rights space…they believe that the democracy and the principles of human rights for all the peoples and societies ……we are group of officials believe in the principles of human rights universal announcing in 1948 and the convention and protocols including the same aim many of lawyers prophesiers journalists, engineers, doctors and specialists of many branches.

We are work hard for human rights case. We cooperate with the other organization and assembles supporting to achieve the human rights organization aims, also we have many volunteers support our efforts.

At the 5^th of April 2003 the first day of our activity for the organization which were born huge (big) .it has some features more that the last organizations . it was the only organization in the Iraqi area after the fall down of the last regime in 2003 . This organization bears big responsibility since the first day of this activity. Immediately record all the infringes of human rights during the period without laws authority of the state.

Our post of the organization list in kerbala and we have many branches in Baghdad,basra,diwaniya,najaf, hindiyah , mussaiab, ain al tamr and al hussainyah. And our web site on the net is ( iraqihrw.org).

We have co- operations with international and local organization to active the role of our assembly in order to active the women rights and the child rights too- also we intention on the cases of the international justice , refugees , prisoners and the freedom to express about the democracy and elections.

We believe should apply all the international balances of the human rights for seek all the kind of the human rights, when we saw some infringes and announce about them by all means, it is possible to prevent or stop these cases repeated again. The Iraqi human rights watch society has converse that will achieve clear progress by the cooperation of volunteers with her in this work …our society held tenths of international and local conferences and activities , also we have common works with many societies to achieve and build the meaning of human rights in side all the world peoples. Our society has the special feature and proud that we write the truth in our reports about the human rights infringes. In order to stay our society independent and private, we are not accept any donation from the governments agents.

Branches and the commissions of the IHRW

The IHRW has many active according to following specialist.

1- Registration the damages commission: This commission responsible to fix the damages which were happened for them from the last regime and coalition forces during the freedom operation and gave them the compensations for more than 6000 files.

2- Plural cemeteries commission: This commission responsible to looking for all the cemeteries which are separated in all Iraq and transmit their locations and contact the officials in the sides and the international organizations in order to help the victim's families to know their dead bodies.

3- Legal commission: This commission responsible to register the infringes according the Geneva conventions, laws and human rights.

4-Helping commission: This commission responsible preparing the humanitarian assistances for the citizens especially the immigrants families.

5-Midical Commission: This commission established within specialist medical team participated in curative many cases and sent the difficulty cases to the hospitals and also cooperated with international hospitals like "Al Sheik Zaied's hospital", Al Saudi Arabia hospital and Italian hospital in Kurdistan Al Iraq. This commission also gave reports about the disables people in order to grant them salaries monthly.

6-Median commission: This commission issued human rights journal because it believe that the media is the voice of the free activities and to register the humanitarian infringes. The commission is available and deal with all accidents which infringe the human rights and transmitted that for all by their journal. Also hold the meetings and the conferences with all the human kinds to educate them about the human rights.

7-Woman and child commission: This commission is responsible to show the ability of the woman and her activity inside the society and participated to take care of the children. The commissions also make many relations with different organizations in different places in the world like the CHF organization, Red Crescent, Iraqi human rights ministry, Iraqi woman ministry and Iraqi civilian society ministry.

8-The prisoners, missing and detains commission: The main reason to establish this commission because there were a lot of missing during the last regime and a large number of prisoners and detains in the American Jails. This commission participated to release hundreds of them and know the other missing by visited the jails.

The commission also takes care of the last war prisoners from the period 19-4-2003 to 20-5-2003 by visited Boca camp in Um Qasar.

9- The environment commission: The Iraqi environment got worse so this commission did survives about the bad locations in Iraq and hold meetings and conferences in order to educate the people about the damages which happened for the Iraqi environment especially about the Birds Flue.

10-The financial commission: The main aim of this commission is management the financial affairs for all the projects and the yearly financial balance.

11-Technical commission: This commission worked hard to participate in services for the citizens like producing the electricity, telecom, medications and medical utilities for the hospitals, also participated to lift up the bombs from the roads and schools.

12-Consoltant commission: This commission aims is to rebuild the Iraqi human being and preparing him to be able to facing the changing in the Iraqi reality by educated them and up their education level to high level to deal with the any changing by open mind.
